Our client is a leading Australian precious metals group operating across Australia, Hong Kong, and mainland China. This is a unique opportunity to join an established, professional team in a dynamic environment protecting precious metals, high-value assets, employees, and visitors.

The role offers variety, with responsibilities ranging from front-of-house security and monitoring to supporting corporate events, high-profile visitors, deliveries, and day-to-day site operations.

The Opportunity:

• 42-hour rotating roster
• Monday–Friday, with 24/7 operations and weekend shifts available
• Usual start times of 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, or 9:00am
• Work across 6 Marrickville sites and 2 Sydney CBD sites, including Martin Place
• Join an established team of approximately 25 security personnel

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Front-of-house security and visitor management
• CCTV and security monitoring
• Employee and visitor screening
• Alarm response and site security checks
• Security and risk reporting
• Radio communication and team coordination
• Supporting emergency and safety procedures
• Assisting with deliveries and collections when required
• Supporting corporate events and high-profile visitors

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, switched-on, reliable, and professional, with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach.

You’ll need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, remaining alert throughout your shift, communicating via two-way radio, and assisting with the movement of goods when required.

You Must Have:

• Current NSW 1A & 1C Security Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current Driver Licence
• Minimum 1–2 years’ security experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional presentation
• Full working rights in Australia
