We are seeking licensed officers to join our team on sites this week. Qualified candidates can commence their employment immediately. Openings will be filled as applications are received.

Requirements:

* Must be 21 years of age or older.

* Hold a current St. Louis City or St. Louis County security license.

Compensation:

* Hourly rate of $17–$23, contingent upon experience.

* Site, shift, weekend, holiday, and overnight premiums are available.

* Extra hours are offered for reliable officers.

* Sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days of consistent, reliable performance.

International Defense Solutions offers immediate openings for licensed officers on patrol, events, commercial sites, and related assignments across the St. Louis metropolitan area. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not W-2 employment.

Responsibilities:

* Visible patrol and access control at commercial, residential, and event sites.

* Alarm response and site coverage.

* Guest-facing work at venues and special events (crowd management, screening, access control).

* Clear, professional incident reporting.

* Direct coordination with site contacts and operations.

Current St. Louis City or County security license

Able to start immediately

High school diploma or GED

Clean background (no felonies)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Able to pass a drug screen

Able to work as a 1099 independent contractor (you handle your own taxes)

Maintain your own license and professional standards

Prior security, military, or law-enforcement experience strongly preferred
