Job Role & Responsibilities.

1) Basic Knowledge of Fire & Safety.

2) Supervise all security guards on duty.

3) Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.

4) Secure all exists, doors and windows after end of operations.

5) Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions.

6) Submit reports od daily surveillance equipment, and perform building and equipment inspections.

7) Control and monitor surveillance equipment and perform building and equipment inspections.

8) As a Security Officer, responsibilities include overseeing site security operations, managing security personnel, conducting risk assessments, implementing security protocols and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

9) Access control, fire control, panel monitoring, Patrolling of the premises, Security records maintenance, Investigations.

10) Strong leadership quality, communication skills, Presentation skills, Excellent problem solving & decision making skills and management abilities.

11) Develop and executive security plans, coordinate emergency response procedures and collaborate with internal teams to address security concerns.

12) In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices and regulations.

13) Conduct training programs.

14) Visitors management, Vendor work management, Material movement control, Key control & scrap movement control etc.
