Security Officer

Job Summary:

The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the Limketkai Complex, specifically in areas outside the mall premises. The complex is home to a wide variety of tenants, including banks, restaurants, office buildings, warehouses, logistics providers, and service establishments. This position plays a critical role in complex-wide patrol, tenant support, incident response, and maintaining a secure environment across all non-mall zones.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complex-Wide Patrol and Monitoring

• Conduct routine inspections across the entire Limketkai Complex, including building exteriors, parking areas, utility sites, service roads, and tenant spaces.
• Detect and report unusual or suspicious activities and ensure adherence to security protocols.

2. Access Control & Tenant Support

• Manage gate and checkpoint security for deliveries, contractors, visitors, and staff.
• Enforce protocols for access to restricted or sensitive areas.
• Coordinate with various tenants—such as banks, restaurants, and offices—for their specific security concerns and support requests.

3. Emergency Response and Incident Management

• Respond immediately to emergencies such as accidents, alarms, fire, theft, or medical situations.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and assist in the investigation of security-related issues.
• Cooperate with emergency services and local authorities when needed.

4. Property Protection & Asset Monitoring

• Safeguard the Limketkai Complex’s infrastructure, tenant facilities, and outdoor installations.
• Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to warehouses, storage areas, and support facilities.
• Monitor critical equipment areas such as fuel depots, generator sites, and back-of-house areas.

5. Coordination with Internal and External Units

• Work closely with mall-based security teams, CCTV operators, and emergency response teams.
• Attend security briefings and tenant coordination meetings as required.
• Participate in drills, large-scale events, or complex-wide security operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Public Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Valid Security Guard License issued by PNP-SOSIA.
• At least 4 years of security experience, preferably in large complexes, mixed-use developments, or commercial environments.
• Familiar with security protocols, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.
• Physically fit and willing to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
