Security Officer

The Security Supervisor oversees daily security operations, personnel, and procedures to protect the company’s people, property, and assets. The role also leads security training, investigations, emergency preparedness, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, and develop security personnel through regular training and coaching.
• Monitor and report security incidents, violations, and safety concerns to management.
• Conduct security investigations, surveillance, and evidence gathering when needed.
• Lead emergency preparedness activities, including security drills and response training.
• Ensure consistent implementation of security policies, access control, and safety procedures.
• Conduct training on relevant security laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular security meetings to communicate policies, procedures, and operational updates.
• Coordinate with management and relevant departments on security and safety concerns.
