• Provide a visible security presence at the health center.
• Standing for long periods of time
• Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and surrounding property.
• Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Conduct routine patrols of the facility and grounds.
• Control access to restricted areas and verify visitor credentials.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• De-escalate potentially volatile situations through conflict-resolution techniques.
• Document incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences in detailed written reports.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency medical services, and fire departments when necessary.
• Enforce facility policies regarding safety, security, and visitor conduct.
• Support special events, demonstrations, or public gatherings near the facility while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
