Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular street Inspection to ensure crew’s quality and escort duty.
• Support daily security operations, access control, equipment, visitors, and contractors.
• Visit different company facilities across Hong Kong occasionally to support security-related matters.
• Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the Security team, including maintaining security and incident reports, follow-up records, logs, statistics, system data, filing, and other documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments and service providers on routine security matters.
• Report irregularities or operational issues promptly and handle confidential information with care.
• Support ad hoc security, reporting, and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• SPP License and QAS Certification is required.
• Form 5 / HKDSE or above.
• Good computer skills, with practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office systems.
• Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and handle data accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and basic English.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to follow established procedures.
• Able to work independently and support routine day-to-day security operations.
• Relevant experience in security, administration, clerical work, or operational support is preferred.
