• Must be a Retired Indian Army Officer.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in security management, administration, military operations, or facility management.
• Strong leadership, discipline, and personnel-management skills.
• Good communication and decision-making abilities.

Job Summary

The Security Officer will be responsible for the overall supervision and management of security operations at Skyline Ranch Villas, Tripunithura. The officer will ensure proper deployment, discipline, performance, and conduct of security personnel while maintaining high standards of safety and security at the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all security operations at Skyline Ranch Villas.
• Conduct regular and surprise inspections of security posts.
• Ensure proper deployment, attendance, and punctuality of security guards.
• Maintain discipline, grooming, uniform standards, and professional conduct.
• Conduct regular security briefings and training for security personnel.
• Monitor visitor entry, vehicle movement, access control, and security registers.
• Identify security risks and take appropriate preventive measures.
• Handle security incidents, emergencies, theft, disputes, unauthorized entry, and other security-related matters.
• Coordinate with police, fire force, ambulance services, and other authorities when required.
• Conduct regular security audits and submit reports to management.
• Ensure all security equipment is available and properly maintained.
• Address security-related complaints and take immediate corrective action.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports.
• Monitor the performance of all security personnel and recommend corrective or disciplinary action when required.
• Ensure strict compliance with company and site-specific security policies.
• Maintain professional communication with the client, Property Manager, and company management.
• Take immediate command and appropriate action during emergency situations.

Preferred Candidate

A Retired Indian Army Officer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, strong leadership qualities, disciplined approach, and the ability to independently supervise and manage security operations at a premium residential property.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
