Job Summary

Duties

• Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity and ensure perimeter security.
• Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors through verification procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incident reports, and security checks for record-keeping and compliance purposes.

Skills
