Security Officer

We are looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused Door Supervisor (DS) Security Officers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, preventing incidents, and ensuring the safety of clients, staff, and members of the public.

We are seeking individuals who are punctual, well-presented, vigilant, and capable of handling challenging situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment at the assigned site.
• Control access to premises and verify the identity of visitors where required.
• Monitor and manage entry and exit points.
• Prevent and respond to incidents, disturbances, and security risks.
• Carry out regular patrols and security checks.
• Monitor CCTV systems where applicable.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate site records.
• Provide professional customer service and assist visitors when required.
• Follow site-specific procedures, company policies, and health and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and the control room.
• Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift.

Essential Requirements

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A professional attitude and smart appearance.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good observation and incident-reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
