Security Officer

Role & Reasonability

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Security Officer to manage the security operations of a 10-floor eye hospital with 3 basement parking levels. The role involves supervising 30+ security guards, managing parking operations, and ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, employees, and hospital property.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall security operations across all 10 floors and 3 basement parking levels.
• Supervise, deploy, and monitor a team of 30+ security guards, ensuring proper discipline and performance.
• Manage parking operations, vehicle movement, traffic flow, and designated parking areas.
• Ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, doctors, employees, and other hospital staff.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control, visitor entry, and exit procedures.
• Develop and implement security procedures, emergency response plans, and evacuation protocols.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and other departments to maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct regular security inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Handle security incidents, emergencies, patient-related concerns, and visitor disputes professionally.
• Maintain security records, incident reports, duty rosters, and attendance records.
• Train security personnel in emergency response, fire safety, crowd management, and patient assistance.
• Ensure all security staff are properly uniformed, alert, and performing their assigned duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1015 years of relevant experience in security management, preferably in a large hospital, star hotel, or large commercial establishment.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of 30+ security personnel.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, parking management, CCTV monitoring, access control, and emergency procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Strong administrative skills, including report preparation, duty scheduling, and staff management.
• Knowledge of fire safety, evacuation procedures, and workplace safety practices.
