Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Diamond Security is hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer to provide security coverage at a commercial building in Tulsa. This officer helps keep tenants, employees, visitors, and property safe through patrols, surveillance monitoring, access control, incident response, and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate is observant, professional, and service-minded, with the judgment to handle routine interactions and unexpected situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises on foot or by vehicle to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe conditions.
• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access-control systems.
• Control access by checking identification, issuing visitor badges, and logging entries and exits.
• Respond to incidents such as disturbances, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
• Coordinate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Write detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
• Provide courteous customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors.
• Enforce property rules and regulations, post orders, and company procedures.
• Help secure high-value assets such as cash, equipment, and sensitive locations.

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma CLEET Unarmed Security Guard License (or Armed License).
• Must be at least 18 years of age (required by Oklahoma law for licensure).
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency and report-writing ability.
• Ability to learn and use reporting platforms such as TrackTik, Belfry, or similar systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous security experience, especially in commercial or office settings.
• Working knowledge of security operations, emergency protocols, and post orders.
• Experience with CCTV, alarm, and access-control systems.
• Experience using TrackTik, Belfry, or similar platforms.
