📍 Dungannon 💷 £12.91 per hour 🕒 4 On / 4 Off Rotation (Days & Nights) Mitie Security is currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join our team at a busy distribution centre in Dungannon. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional individual looking for a stable, full-time role with a leading security provider.

The Role

As a Gatehouse Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers entering and leaving the site. You will play a key role in maintaining site security and ensuring all access procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Controlling access to and from the site
• Booking in visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers
• Conducting vehicle and documentation checks
• Monitoring CCTV systems and security alarms
• Completing site records and incident reports
• Carrying out routine security patrols as required
• Providing a professional and courteous service at all times
• Ensuring all health, safety, and security procedures are followed

What We're Looking For

• Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good IT and administration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional, and punctual approach to work
• Previous gatehouse or distribution centre experience would be advantageous but is not essential
