Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Crowd Monitoring: Maintain safe venue capacities, prevent overcrowding in specific areas, and watch for potential safety hazards.
• Conflict Resolution: De-escalate tense or aggressive behavior calmly and professionally; safely escort unruly or intoxicated patrons off the premises when necessary.
• Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact by greeting guests, answering questions, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Emergency Response: Assist with medical situations, coordinate evacuations, and contact emergency services or law enforcement if a situation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Physical Stamina & Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours and maintain a strong physical presence.
• Communication & De-escalation: Strong interpersonal skills to handle aggressive individuals using words and calm judgment before resorting to physical intervention.
• Observational Awareness: Keen situational awareness to spot risks or volatile situations before they turn dangerous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php19,692.62 per month
