• Days: Wednesday – Sunday
• Hours: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Days Off: Monday & Tuesday
• 40 Hours Per Week

Residential Security Officer

$22–$25/hr – Guard Card Required

Position:

Full-Time.

Compensation:

$22–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Overview:

Seeking professional and reliable security personnel for a residential community in San Francisco. This position requires individuals who are dependable, observant, and capable of working independently while maintaining a professional presence on site.

Primary Duties:

Perform routine patrols throughout the property Observe and report safety concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations Secure common areas and amenity spaces as required Complete digital activity reports and incident documentation Submit patrol updates with photos and location verification Assist with resident and property-related concerns when appropriate Deliver management notices and communications as assigned

Qualifications:

Valid California Guard Card Strong attendance and punctuality Professional communication skills Comfortable using smartphone-based reporting systems Ability to work independently and follow site procedures Willingness to conduct regular walking patrols throughout the shift

Preferred Experience: Residential, apartment, HOA, hotel, or customer service oriented security experience Experience with digital reporting systems and incident documentation

Additional Information: This is an unarmed security position. Officers are expected to maintain a professional appearance, follow site procedures, and communicate effectively with residents, management, and fellow team members.
