About the Role

We are seeking a professional, reliable and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team in Perth. This role combines asset protection, site patrols and incident management with high-quality front-of-house service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-presented and confident dealing with the public, colleagues and authorities when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of staff, visitors, property and site assets.
• Conduct regular site patrols and respond promptly to incidents, alarms and security concerns.
• Greet and assist visitors, manage access control and maintain sign-in procedures.
• Provide professional concierge services, directions and general assistance.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs and relevant documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the team and liaise with authorities when required.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service and workplace safety.

Essential Requirements

• Current WA Security Officer Licence.
• Certificate III in Security Operations (CPP31318) – required.
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent).
• Working with Children Check (WWC) – required.
• Previous security and concierge experience.
• Strong communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional presentation and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred: Minimum two years of security industry experience.
