Role Description The Security Officer role at PVRINOX Pictures is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring entrances, exits, and critical areas to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and company assets. Daily responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, managing crowd control during peak show times or events, and responding promptly to security incidents or emergencies in line with company protocols. The role also involves enforcing security and safety procedures, operating surveillance systems, maintaining accurate incident reports, and coordinating with local authorities when required. The Security Officer will work closely with cinema operations teams to provide a secure environment that supports a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in surveillance monitoring, access control, and premises patrolling to ensure safety and security.
• Experience in incident response, emergency handling, and basic first aid or safety procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and external agencies.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, maintain clear documentation, and prepare concise incident reports.
• Physical fitness and alertness, with the ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly in high-traffic environments.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, facility protection, or hospitality environments is an advantage.
• Basic familiarity with CCTV systems and security technology; willingness to learn company-specific tools.
