Security Officer

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their employees. Your primary duties will include monitoring contract sites, conducting mobile patrols, and responding to incidents in the field as needed. It is mandatory for you to have a reliable vehicle.

Duties:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety of all individuals on site
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including investigating disturbances and reporting any suspicious activity
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and their employees with any security-related concerns or inquiries
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to resolve security issues
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities

Skills:

• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but strongly encourage)
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies
• Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and their operation
• Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not required
