Training Requirements

All officers deployed within healthcare environments must complete PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training before commencing duties.

Full PMVA training will be provided by the company for successful candidates who do not already hold the required certification.

Additional site-specific training and ongoing professional development will be provided where required.
