Marksman Security Now Hiring for Experienced Security Officers Ideal candidates will have previous security officer, security guard (armed or unarmed) experience, military and/or law enforcement experience. Responsibilities:

• Prepare clear, concise, accurate reports.
• Operate access control systems, utilize a computer for incident reports, navigate security software systems or applications and use email.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills, professional demeanor, and appearance.
• Demonstrate experience managing multiple tasks, executing radio and telephone communications and performing in a high-pressure environment
• Other duties to be determined by security supervisor

Qualifications:

• Applicants must meet one or any reasonable combination of the following requirements:

• Two years of customer service experience

• Must have Winteams experience

• Two years of security experience

• Law Enforcement Experience

• Corrections Experience

• Military Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice or something similar

Requirements:

• Valid state licensing, if applicable
• 21 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Technology skills: utilize a computer for incident reports, operate security software systems or applications, use email.
• Must have WinTeams experience
• Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor and appearance.
• Experience managing multiple tasks, executing radio and telephone communications while performing in a medium to high pressure environment with frequently changing and/or competing demands.
• Familiarity with report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Possess above average written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with client staff and the public.
