As a Dispatch Security Professional supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and respond to security-related needs while providing outstanding customer service. You will help maintain accurate records, support access control operations, and serve as a key point of contact for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or drivers at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor incoming calls, radio traffic, alarm notifications, and other communications; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or resources according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, visitor information, and other required documentation using site systems and communication tools.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate updates to site leadership, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal management as appropriate.
• Monitor site activity through available cameras, access-control systems, and/or other tools; report unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
