RDJ Security is seeking three security officers with a tall, broad build and a strong, commanding presence for a one-day Halloween event at The Standard Hotel.

HALLOWEEN EVENT SECURITY — 3 UNARMED POSITIONS
RDJ Security LLC | One-Night Assignment

RDJ Security is seeking three licensed, unarmed security professionals with a large build and a strong, commanding physical presence for a Halloween hotel event. Candidates must remain professional, respectful, and composed in a busy nightlife environment.

EVENT DETAILS
Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026
Shift: 6:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m., ending Sunday, November 1
Location: The Standard Hotel
40 Island Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139
Attire: All black. Specific clothing requirements will be discussed during the phone interview.
Assignment: One-night, unarmed event security. No firearms permitted on this assignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a strong, visible security presence.
• Monitor assigned entrances and support guest access procedures.
• Observe crowd activity and address developing concerns.
• Handle disruptive behavior through professional communication and de-escalation.
• Follow event instructions and report incidents promptly.
• Assist with orderly guest departure.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Florida Class D security license.
• Previous event, nightclub, hotel, or comparable security experience.
• Strong professional presence and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and patrol throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and availability for the entire assignment.
• Completion of required company onboarding before the event.

COMPENSATION
Pay rate will be negotiated during the phone interview. Payout timing and arrangements will be discussed and confirmed before accepting the assignment.
