Security Officer - Ex-Servicemen Preferred (Multiple Locations)

Position: Security Officer

Locations:

1. Sanand (Gujarat),
2. Mambakkam - Chennai (Tamil Nadu)
3. Mindewadi - Pune (Maharashtra)

Preference: Ex-Army / Navy / Air Force Personnel

Role Purpose:

To ensure effective security operations, asset protection, access control, and safety compliance at Endurance Technologies' newly established manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plant security operations and ensure strict adherence to security protocols.
• Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Conduct routine patrols and surveillance to prevent unauthorized access and security breaches.
• Monitor CCTV systems and investigate security incidents.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services whenever required.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and statutory requirements.
• Handle emergency situations including fire, theft, accidents, and other contingencies.
• Maintain security records, incident reports, and visitor management systems.
• Supervise contract security personnel and ensure discipline and deployment effectiveness.

Requirements

• Ex-Servicemen from Army, Navy, or Air Force.
• 05-15 years of experience in security administration, industrial security, or facility management.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial plants preferred.
• Good communication, leadership, and incident-handling skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and manage security teams.
