Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and professional Female Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of personnel, visitors, and company assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for access control, security monitoring, incident reporting, and maintaining a secure environment within the premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are granted entry.
• Conduct security checks and inspections in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate security logs, records, and incident reports.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures at all times.
• Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors as required.
• Perform other security-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum SPM qualification or above.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Good computer knowledge, including basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Prior experience in security services is an added advantage.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No criminal record.
• Must have own transportation.

Working Schedule

• 26 working days per month
• 12-hour rotating shifts (Day & Night)
