Security Officer (FLEX)

This assignment requires a strong customer-service mindset, excellent verbal de-escalation skills, and the ability to maintain a professional presence in a sensitive healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence within the medical office
• Monitor patient interactions and ensure staff safety
• Provide verbal de-escalation when necessary
• Enforce clinic policies as directed by site management
• Observe and report any unusual or disruptive behavior
• Contact law enforcement or management if a situation escalates beyond verbal control
• Complete incident reports as required
• Maintain professionalism at all times in a healthcare environment

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
