Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Credentialing Operations in Clearwater, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors. Your visible presence and clear communication will help deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry procedures, and maintain accurate access-related logs for the commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Report observed maintenance, access control, and security-related issues to site management and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
