Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Lancaster, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service, clear communication, and professional incident reporting while demonstrating Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at a government location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
