We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Security Officer for a full-time night shift position at a shopping centre located in Oran Park, NSW.

About the Role

• Location: Oran Park Shopping Centre, NSW
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Roster: Monday to Thursday
• Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (1800–0600)
• Shift Type: Permanent Night Shift

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the shopping centre during overnight hours. This includes conducting regular patrols, monitoring site activities, responding to incidents, and ensuring all security procedures are followed.

The Successful Candidate Must Possess:

• Previous security experience – essential
• Previous shopping centre or night shift security experience (highly regarded)
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong written communication skills, including incident report writing
• Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout night shifts
• A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
• Ability to follow site-specific procedures and instructions
• Current NSW Security Licence (mandatory)
• Current First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
• Current RSA (mandatory)
• White Card
