Responsibilities

• Patrol the property to maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Monitor CCTV, fire alarm, access control, lifts, escalators, and other security systems.

• Control access to restricted areas and prevent unauthorised entry.

• Assist tenants, visitors, and members of the public with enquiries and directions.

• Support emergency response, evacuation exercises, lost & found, and traffic/crowd control duties.

Requirements

• Valid PLRD Security Officer (SO) Licence.

• Advantage if you have CERT or MCST property management experience with knowledge of BMSMA By-Laws.
