Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour Weekly Pay Job Schedule Day Time Mon 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, lobby activity, and assigned security-related systems, reporting unusual activity, access concerns, and/or facility issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Receive and direct calls, deliveries, and inquiries while maintaining a professional front-desk presence and supporting a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
