Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Compliance in Riverside, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a government location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, observe and report security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication to visitors and staff. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of public areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and public-service agencies as directed by site procedures.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and authorized access points; verify credentials when applicable and maintain visitor and incident documentation.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and operational concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
