Job Description

We are seeking a disciplined and vigilant Security Officer (Retired Armed Forces) to join our Security Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, managing access control, and ensuring the safety of company assets, personnel, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily security operations of the factory premises.
• Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to prevent theft, trespassing, or any security breaches.
• Maintain the visitor register, gate pass system, and daily security log books.
• Respond promptly to any security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Train and supervise the security guard force to ensure discipline and alertness.
• Ensure all security protocols, company policies, and safety regulations are strictly followed.
• Report any suspicious activity or security risk directly to the Management.

Requirements

• Retired personnel from the Armed Forces (Army)
• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in security management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, discipline, and physical fitness.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations calmly.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email for reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
