Security Officer (Russian speaking)

Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment across our premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring activities, preventing loss, and ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorised access and identify potential security risks
• Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to observe activity and respond promptly to any suspicious behaviour
• Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and reporting theft or vandalism incidents
• Control access points by verifying credentials of staff, visitors, and contractors
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, including medical incidents, by providing first aid when necessary
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposes
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security protocols
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services during incidents or investigations

Skills

• Proven experience in surveillance operations and CCTV monitoring
• Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
• Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail
• Basic first aid knowledge with the ability to provide initial assistance in medical emergencies
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and interaction with team members
• Organised, reliable, and discreet with a professional demeanour at all times

Pay: £12.71-£15.50 per hour
