We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. You will play a crucial role in preventing loss, managing conflicts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position requires keen observation skills, quick decision-making abilities, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.

Duties

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises, including surveillance of CCTV systems.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of individuals on-site.
• Provide assistance during emergencies by administering first aid or CPR when necessary.
• Document incidents and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
• Participate in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.

Skills

• Proficient in surveillance techniques and use of CCTV systems.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience in law enforcement or military background is advantageous.
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and practices.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, clients, and the public.
