As an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of platforms, station areas, parking facilities, access points, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.
• Monitor access points and assist with maintaining orderly pedestrian flow during normal operations, service disruptions, and special events.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
