Role Description The Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst - Trainer is a part-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves designing and delivering training sessions on SOC operations, cyber threat hunting, and cyber threat intelligence to aspiring cybersecurity professionals. The trainer will create structured learning materials, including presentations, labs, and exercises that simulate real-world incident detection, analysis, and response. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring learners, reviewing their work, providing constructive feedback, and updating course content to reflect emerging threats and industry best practices. The role also requires close collaboration with other instructors and staff to ensure consistent quality, alignment with curriculum objectives, and effective learner outcomes.

Location: Charminar, Hyderabad

Timings: Weekdays 7 pm - 8:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong cybersecurity and Security Operations Center skills, including practical SOC experience and familiarity with incident detection and response workflows.
• Candidates should possess cyber threat hunting and cyber threat intelligence skills, with the ability to teach threat analysis, adversary tactics, and proactive defense strategies.
• Candidates should possess advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and explain findings clearly to learners.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering technical training or workshops to diverse audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CEH, or similar cybersecurity credentials are beneficial.
• Prior experience working in a SOC or cyber defense role, preferably with exposure to SIEM tools and security monitoring platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage part-time training schedules, and maintain an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
