  2. Incident Response & Escalation Management
Own the full lifecycle of incident handling—from triage and containment to recovery and post-incident reporting.
  3. Threat Detection & Process Improvement
Continuously refine security monitoring use cases, playbooks development, and threat detection logic to strengthen SOC capabilities.
  4. Team Leadership & Development
Supervise, coach, and develop SOC analysts, ensuring proper skill growth, workload balance, and performance.
  5. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, translating technical findings into business-oriented recommendations.

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Proven SOC Management Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 3 years managing a SOC or incident response team, budget and vendor management for tools (NDR, ERD and Threat Intelligence)
  2. Strong Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of SIEM, EDR, SOAR, IDS/IPS, threat intelligence, and modern attack techniques (MITRE ATT&CK); hands-on experience in AI-driven automation will be given special consideration.
  3. Incident Response Expertise
Demonstrated ability to lead major security incidents, coordinate cross-team activities, and communicate at executive level, experience in conducting and coordinating desktop exercises.
  4. Relevant Certifications Preferred
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC (GCIA, GCIH, GMON), or equivalent are highly desirable.
  5. Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills
Proven ability to manage teams, drive process improvement, and communicate complex security issues clearly.
