Security Operations Engineer – Global

[About the role]:

We are looking for a highly motivated Security Operations Engineer to join our global security team and help protect our international business of RTE & ConvoAI. You will be responsible for security operations, threat detection, incident response, and security automation across our global environment.

[Responsibilities]:

• Own and improve security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response for our global business.
• Perform security analysis and detection engineering using SIEM, EDR, WAF, and related security platforms.
• Support cloud security operations across AWS/Azure/GCP and other environments.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, SRE, IT, and business teams across regions and time zones.

[Qualifications]:

• bachelor degree or above with 3+ years of experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, SOC, Detection & Response, SRC, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience investigating and responding to real-world security incidents.
• Strong experience with SIEM, EDR, WAF, SOAR, or related security technologies.
• Solid understanding of OWASP Top10, MITRE ATT&CK and common attack techniques.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, or Shell.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international teams.

[Nice to Have]:

• Security experience supporting global Internet, SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce businesses.
• Experience in security analysis with AI, Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering, Red Team, or Blue Team.
• CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, OSCP, or equivalent certifications.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
