About the Role

An opportunity is available for an experienced Business Manager / Operations Manager to join a well-established national security services business.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will oversee the operational and commercial delivery of security services across a portfolio of high-profile and high-net-worth clients, while leading security personnel and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Duties

• Manage security operations across a portfolio of key clients
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Lead Security Officers, Supervisors and operational personnel
• Oversee rostering, workforce planning and service delivery
• Manage incidents, complaints and operational escalations
• Monitor labour utilisation and commercial performance
• Maintain SOPs, reporting and security compliance
• Recruit, coach and performance-manage operational staff

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Business Manager, Operations Manager, Security Operations Manager or similar
• Strong commercial security, guarding or protective services background
• Military or Police Force background (highly desirable)
• Operational and commercial understanding of security services
• Experience managing high-profile, HNW, VIP or sensitive clients (advantageous)
• Proven leadership of operational security teams
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of security compliance, risk and SOPs
