Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Security Operations Manager to lead our security team in safeguarding our facilities, personnel, and assets. Duties

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies and procedures to ensure organizational safety.
• Oversee surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring and camera audits, to detect and respond to potential threats or breaches.
• Manage daily security operations, including access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead incident investigations by collecting evidence, writing detailed reports, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.
• Conduct regular patrols and visual inspections of premises to identify vulnerabilities or safety hazards.
• Train security staff on surveillance techniques, report writing standards, emergency procedures, and first aid protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, access logs, and security activities to support audits and investigations.

Experience

• Proven experience in security management or a related field with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and security technology integration.
• Excellent report writing skills with the ability to document incidents clearly and thoroughly.
• First aid certification or experience in emergency medical response is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with security regulations and compliance standards relevant to organizational operations.
