Security Operations Specialist

Location: Sahiwal | Type: Contractual

We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented Security Operations Specialist to manage daily security operations at premises. You will control site access, monitor CCTV, keep accurate records, work with internal teams and vendors, and lead security for business events.

Responsibilities

• Manage gate operations: control entry and exit of staff, visitors, contractors, and vehicles, and supervise guards
• Monitor live CCTV, retrieve footage for investigations, and report camera faults
• Maintain daily logs, shift handovers, incident reports, and visitor and vehicle registers
• Ensure SOPs and post orders are followed, and prepare regular security reports for management
• Coordinate with HR, Admin, IT, Operations, vendors, the guard agency, and local authorities
• Plan and run security for corporate events, meetings, and VIP visits
• Respond to emergencies such as fire, theft, and unauthorized access
• Prepare reports and track data using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
• Hands-on experience with CCTV and access control systems
• Experience supervising guards and managing security vendors
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and event days

Preferred: Event security experience, first aid or fire safety certification.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 per month
