Security Operations Supervisor

Job Overview

As the Security Operations Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day security routines, manage field personnel, and maintain high standards of site safety and risk mitigation. You will directly oversee security guards, monitor access control systems, handle incident response, and serve as the primary bridge between on-site security teams, management, and emergency services.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Lead, schedule, and evaluate security officers, mobile patrols, and control room operators across assigned sites.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily shift briefings, patrol logs, post commands, access control logs, and visitor management procedures.
• Incident Response & Investigation: Act as the primary responder to security breaches, emergencies, and alarms; lead initial investigations and compile formal incident reports.
• Systems Monitoring: Supervise the operation of CCTV, perimeter intrusion detection, fire alarms, and electronic access systems.
• Training & Compliance: Conduct regular safety drills, train new staff on site-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with local security regulations.
• Client & Emergency Liaison: Maintain clear communication with property managers, client representatives, and local emergency response agencies (police, fire, medical).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive security experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Licensing: Active Security Guard / Supervisor License as required by local authorities (e.g., SIRA, BSIS, or state equivalent).
• Certifications: Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications required.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with commercial CCTV software, VMS, access control platforms, and incident management systems.
• Leadership & Crisis Management: Strong decision-making skills under pressure, conflict resolution ability, and team management capabilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for generating detailed operational reports and communicating with stakeholders.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
