Security OPS Manager

Duties

• Develop, implement, and oversee security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard personnel and property.
• Manage daily security operations, including access control systems, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems.
• Lead and train a team of security personnel to ensure high standards of vigilance, customer service, and incident response.
• Conduct thorough background checks on new hires and perform regular performance evaluations for team members.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts, including first aid and CPR procedures, ensuring readiness for various scenarios.
• Perform routine inspections of physical security measures such as fences, doors, windows, and surveillance systems.
• Maintain detailed incident reports, security logs, and operational documentation for compliance and review purposes.

Skills

• Proven experience in security management or law enforcement with strong leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of security systems including access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and alarm monitoring.
• Excellent report writing skills with the ability to document incidents accurately and clearly.
• Strong understanding of compliance with security regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to perform physical security tasks such as heavy lifting and maintaining a visible presence on-site.
• Skilled in conflict management, emergency response coordination, and crisis resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for report writing, scheduling, and communication purposes.
• Background in military or law enforcement is highly desirable; certifications in first aid and CPR are preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Experience managing operations or overseeing large-scale security functions with attention to detail.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
