We are hiring a responsible, experienced and professional Security Patrol Supervisor in our company, who will supervise and coordinate daily security patrol operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily security patrol operations.
• Monitor patrol officers and ensure effective performance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security guards.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.
• Handle emergencies, resolve conflicts, and report incidents.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an OND certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
• Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle licence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and conflict resolution.
• Must be patient, reliable, and results-oriented.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Age: 25–50 years.

Remuneration: NGN 120,000 – 200,000
