Security Personnel

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Access Control: Verify employee badges, issue temporary visitor passes, and ensure that only authorized personnel enter the office floors and restricted areas.
• Monitor Front Desk & Reception: Greet visitors, vendors, and clients professionally, ensuring they sign in and out according to company policy.
• Conduct Internal Patrols: Walk office floors, hallways, and stairwells to check that fire exits are clear, sensitive doors are locked, and server rooms are secure.
• Watch Surveillance Systems: Continuously monitor CCTV cameras, fire alarms, and building access control logs to spot unauthorized entries or safety hazards.
• Secure Assets & Data: Prevent the unauthorized removal of company property (like laptops, files, or equipment) and ensure physical data security protocols are followed.
• Respond to Building Emergencies: Lead or assist in building evacuations during fire drills, medical emergencies, or power outages, coordinating closely with building management.
• Oversee Loading Docks & Deliveries: Monitor incoming mail, packages, and vendor deliveries, ensuring they go through the correct scanning and logging procedures.
• Manage Parking Facilities: Monitor the office parking garage or lot to ensure orderly parking, prevent vehicle break-ins, and escort employees safely to their cars after dark.
• Document Office Incidents: Maintain a daily digital or physical log of visitors, and write detailed reports on maintenance issues, security breaches, or lost-and-found items.
