Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and via CCTV surveillance systems, to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Maintain a high-profile security presence at entry points, verifying credentials and controlling access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate conflicts when necessary.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations until professional medical help arrives.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring official intervention.
• Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately and promptly.
• Enforce loss prevention policies by monitoring for theft or vandalism and taking appropriate action according to company procedures.

Experience

• Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to handle conflict situations with professionalism and composure.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and alarm response protocols.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR, and conflict management are preferred.
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and procedures is advantageous.
• Prior experience working with law enforcement agencies or emergency responders is a plus.
• Strong observational skills combined with the ability to act decisively under pressure.
