Nightlife Venue Security Officer — Part-Time

RSC STL, LLC is hiring part-time and seasonal Nightlife Venue Security Officers to support nightlife operations, concerts, private events, and large-scale gatherings at Ballpark Village.

We are looking for dependable, service-focused individuals who communicate well, take pride in their work, and remain professional in busy environments. Our security team helps create a welcoming experience for guests, employees, and performers.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence throughout the venue.
• Monitor guest activity and enforce venue rules and safety procedures.
• Check IDs, monitor access points, and manage entry and exit as assigned.
• Assist with crowd management during busy periods and special events.
• Respond to disturbances, incidents, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, fellow officers, and venue staff.
• Complete accurate incident reports and required documentation.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and medical responses as directed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow company policies and post instructions.

• Previous security, customer service, nightlife, or event experience is preferred but not required.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in crowded, loud environments and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more as required.
• Ability to move throughout the venue and respond promptly to incidents.

Licensing and Training

Candidates must meet requirements and obtain applicable STLMPD security licensing.
