Security Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Security Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will drive high-impact security and IT programs that support complex organizational change, with a particular focus on mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts. The Security Program Manager will partner closely with technical leaders, business stakeholders, and executive audiences to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional initiatives. This is an opportunity to build scalable operating frameworks, improve execution discipline, and strengthen accountability across critical programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own security and IT M&A programs from diligence through onboarding
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and clarify roles
• Identify dependencies and bottlenecks in workflows to improve integration success
• Establish scalable frameworks and processes for program management
• Use AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and documentation
• Maintain visibility into program status, risks, and milestones
• Communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences to support urgent execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in security, IT, or similar domains
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions or related fields
• Proven ability to run programs from conception through lasting ownership
• Track record of building workflows or operating models that gained adoption
• Familiarity with AI or automation to improve workflows
• Strong communicator capable of influencing diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accountability
