Senior IT Security Manager

Act as the primary security interface between customers and a leading telecommunications company.

Collaborate closely with the Project Managers and other teams.

Missions

• Review, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs in line with service requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for audit, related inquiries, review audit findings, and prepare formal management responses.

• Consolidate, prepare, and communicate periodic security and other relevant reports to customers.

• Manage, respond to, and coordinate customer security requests.

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of security controls.

1. Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in IT Security or a related field
2. 3–5 years of proven experience in IT security, security management, telecom, and cybersecurity
3. Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, as well as security infrastructure
4. Solid understanding of security governance frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27000 series, NIST, FIPS)
5. Relevant certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 27005 Risk Manager, ITIL v3, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC is an advantage
6. Fluency in English and French

10. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
11. Demonstrated Service Delivery managerial skills, able to lead projects and cooperate with other IT and business functions
