Salary: PKR 50,000–60,000 per month (depending on experience)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the security services industry

Job Description

Desert Hawks Security Services is looking for a professional and experienced Project Officer to manage security guards deployed at various client projects and ensure smooth security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security guards deployed at assigned projects.
• Ensure the required security guard strength is maintained at all assigned sites.
• Manage recruitment, deployment, and replacement of security guards whenever required.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance of security personnel.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve project-related security issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guard deployment, attendance, and operational activities.
• Ensure all assigned projects remain adequately staffed and operationally compliant.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a private security company.
• Strong understanding of security operations, guard deployment, recruitment, and site management.
• Proven ability to manage security personnel and maintain the required workforce strength.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates from Rawalpindi and Islamabad will be preferred.
